The proposed works are located on the Cloonfin River & Bank a spur of the Camlin River; Discharge into the Camlin river (53.768075, -7.596473); to PRUCKLISHTOWN Bridge on Local Secondary Road L-5121 (53.763154, -7.589877); to CLOONFIN Bridge on Regional Road R194 (53.761328, -7.585536); to AGHABOY Bridge on Local Primary Road  L-1076-0 (53.748814, -7.566730); total length 3,145m (extent of works is dependent on budget, tenders received and necessary approvals).
Perform the roles and duties of all the following Designer / PSDP/ Contractor / PSCS for the following -                                                          
Removal of any trees blocking the river flow.
In-stream channel maintenance works to provide drainage outfall. In-stream vegetation and silt is to be removed from natural channels in compliance with all environmental constraints.
Environmental enhancement of sections of river is also included.
