The project consists of stripping out existing radiators and associated pipework and replacement of same with new radiators and associated pipework including two port valves and thermostats. The existing boilers are to be retained. The contractor shall fulfill the role of PSCS. The building is a protected structure and the works shall be completed under a section 57 declaration.
