Architect Services Lower Falinge – Rochdale Boroughwide Housing is seeking the services of an experienced and RIBA accredited Architectural practice to support its Growth directorate with developing the vision and outcome the tenants of Lower Falinge seek, bringing to fruition the outcome of the consultation completed to the existing maisonette blocks on Lower Falinge including the immediate grounds. Lower Falinge forms part of Central Rochdale which is undergoing regeneration as part of a masterplan. The works intended to the retained blocks is to compliment the wider masterplan to form part of the wider improvements to the quality of homes in the neighbourhood. The contract is for : Up to 2 years with an option of extending a further year if required. The tender submission is to be returned via the Chest portal on or before the return date and time detailed. ****NOTE: The successful contractor must enter into a Data Processing Agreement with RBH in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR.*** To enable RBH to answer any clarifications in a timely manner and to ensure that RBH are able to respond to all contractors please ensure that any queries are submitted no less than 3 days prior to the quotation return date.
