⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Minoru Iwaki, The Obligating Officer for Contractual Affairs Delegate Head, Medicine and Pharmaceutical Sciences Affairs Division University of Toyama

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
A Nusinersen Sodium (12mg5ml/1vail) 6 vials
B Satralizumab (Genetical Recombination) (120mg1ml/1syringe) 15 syringes
C Ravulizumab (Genetical Recombination) (300mg30mL/1vial) 80 vials
D Onasemnogene abeparvovec Once
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 July, 2022 through 30 June, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : The places specified by the Obligating Officer Contractual Affairs Delegate Head
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for University of Toyama Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Tokai・Hokuriku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have obtained the first-class license for selling drugs in accordance with the Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices,
D meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer Director-General may specify in accordance with Article 8 of the Regulation,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Director-General.
