A2D invites s of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to enter into a series of contracts to provide a range of soft facilities services for a number of residential schemes which, due to the nature of these schemes, require a broader and more intense scope of services in comparison to our general cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts.

Interested and suitably qualified service providers must first participate in the selection stage by completing and returning the Selection Questionnaire (‘SQ’). Applicants successful at the selection stage will then be invited to submit a full tender proposal for the award of the contract.
