The University of Strathclyde requires the services of a single creative design agency to support as and when required, the University’s established design team in the development and delivery of a variety of campus wide projects. Given the ad-hoc nature of this agreement the University intends to establish a work agreement, with a single supplier, which shall set out the overarching terms and conditions under which specific purchases (call offs) can be made.
