The Association of North East Councils Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is seeking tenders for the supply of building inspections under the European performance of buildings directive. Suppliers will be required to provide the following: domestic and non-domestic energy performance certificates, display energy certificates and air conditioning reports to specific locations in the North East. The work agreement will also be available for national use.

Suppliers must also ensure adherence that all assessors to be used in delivering the service are members of MHCLG approved accreditation scheme and are able to meet current environmental legislation.
