The authority is seeking to put in place an arrangement to procure winter equipment in advance of the next winter season to ensure the authority has the appropriate equipment in time in order to undertake critical repairs and maintenance of the County’s roads and highways, therefore maintaining services and minimising risk and disruption to North Yorkshire residents.
