Galtan GLC hereby issues this information in accordance with the requirements of EC directive 2004/18/EEC (open procedure) to appoint a Building Works Contractor for Upgrade Works to 6 no Apartments at Block B, Grenville Court, Francis Street, Cork comprising General remedial building works within the landlord areas and 6 no apartments comprising the following elements for
i) General building remedial works
ii) Installation of external wall insulation
iii) Installation of replacement mechanical installation system
iv) Upgrade works to the electrical and fire alarm system
v) Replacement of windows and doors
