⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

① not come under Article 6 of the Handling detailed rule of contract clerical work of National Cancer Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;

② not come under Article 7 of the Handling detailed rule of contract clerical work of National Cancer Center ;

③ have Grade A, B or C in "Service Offer" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region ;

④ join social insurance (welfare annuity insurance, health insurance, seamen's insurance, national pension, worker's compensation insurance, unemployment insurance) and pay the social insurance premiums and have no Delinquency in the past 2 years
