⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : TAKETSU Eiji Superintendent, Hokkaido Shinkansen Construction Bureau, Japan Railway Construction, Transport and Technology Agency (hereinafter called JRTT)
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 57
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required Investigation and consideration : Transportation of rail and Railway Construction Equipments.
⑷ Fulfillment period : Delivery period : 22 February, 2023.
⑸ Fulfillment place : Depend on the tender document,
⑹ Qualifications for participation in the tendering procedures : Supplies eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 4 and Article 5 of the regulation concerning the contract for JRTT,
② have been qualified as possessing the qualification of "provision of services" by single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023 and 2024 (The Grade and Area does not matter.).
③ not have been suspended from designation by JRTT or country
④ not be the business operators that a Gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from JRTT is continuing state concerned.
⑤ have proven to have actually delivered transportation results of thing long and big after 2012.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification 16 : 00 27 May, 2022
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 9 June, 2022
