The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking soft market testing information for the provision of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) outreach services within the borough.

The aim of the service is to work with schools in the borough to ensure the successful inclusion of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, enabling pupils to remain in mainstream settings where appropriate and to progress.
