The Department for Education (DfE) is exploring commercial options to appoint national delivery partner(s) to deliver a number of services within a work for the following services:

1) Insolvency Services including Insolvency Practitioner (IP)’s (IBR’s, Administration and advice);

2) Audit and Assurance including but not limited to annual programme of audit and funding assurance reviews, ad-hoc audit and assurance services;

3) Forensic account and investigation support;

4) Legal services specific to these areas (please note this service may not be included within the final competition).
