Medway Council and NHS Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group are beginning the process of recommissioning residential and nursing care for older people and working aged adults in Medway. Contracts are planned to go live in the summer 2021. Over the coming weeks we plan to reach these specific groups and involve them as far as possible to inform the future of these services. We would like to undertake early engagement with providers which consists of a Request for Information (RFI) available for download. There are two RFIs available – one for Older People and the other for Working Aged Adults. Providers are asked to complete either or both depending on which service they are interested in. We would be grateful if providers could respond to the RFI by completing Appendix 2 and returning this to adults.commissioning@medway.gov.uk by 14 August 2020 by 5pm.
