⑴ Official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : IKEDA Koji, Director General of Nagoya Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 17
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Vehicles with electric bulletin device 6 units. Nature and quantity of the products to be sold : Used Vehicles with electric bulletin device 8 units.
⑷ Delivery period : within 360 days from the next day of contract.
⑸ Delivery places : Kuwana Maintenance and Customer Service Center of Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall
① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures.
② have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till 16 : 00 7 June 2022. (by registered mail till 16 : 00 7 June 2022)
・Copy of the commercial register
・The latest financial statements
・Copy of certificate of tax payment
・Document describing the company career
③ have proved experience of delivery or manufacture of such the purchases or same types of machinery.
④ have proven to have prepared system to provide after-sales service and maintenance parts supply system.
⑤ not have capital relationship and personnel relationship with other bidders.
⑥ have not received suspension of registered contractor status or trader after the acceptance of application form for this tender.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 7 June 2022 (Tenders submitted by registered mail : 16 : 00 7 June 2022)
