The works shall comprise planned investment into roofs, including re-roofing, roofline and rainwater goods works, to the employer’s domestic properties, commercial asset units such as estate shops and any ed dwellings and garages. Re-roofing will always be to the full roof of a property. This work will potentially be city wide, with address lists provided to contractors with works instructions.

The tender is for works that will be completed under Leeds City Council, but this may be extended to the Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation, an arm length organisation, however this is still in the Leeds City Council Region.
