Tenders are invited from competent specialist companies for the design, construction, certification and installation of a playground, together with associated site works at Lemybrien, Co. Waterford. The successful tenderer will also be required to act as Designer, PSDP & PSCS under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 and tenderers should allow for all associated costs in their tenders.
Costs are to include for design, delivery, assembly and installation. Each item should be separately quoted. The budget for the playground inclusive of all costs is €98,000 maximum inclusive of VAT.
