⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : TSUJINOCHI Mitsuru, Director General of Shiribeshi District Forest Office. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 8 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① The purchase of the Crusher-run stone for the FY 2022 Kutchan districts. ② The purchase of the Crusher-run stone for the FY 2022 Iwanai districts. ③ The purchase of the Crusher-run stone for the FY 2022 Date district. ④ The purchase of the Crusher-run stone for the FY 2022 Noboribetsu district. ⑤ The purchase of the Crusher-run stone for the FY 2022 Kuromatsunai district. ⑷ Delivery period : 31 March, 2023 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the specifications ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall; ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause, ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, ③ have Grade "A", "B", "C" or "D" in terms of the qualification "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Organization in Hokkaido area related to Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order, ⑤ prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 10 : 00 A.M., 8 June, 2022 (tenders submitted by mail : 17 : 00, 7 June, 2022) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : TSUJINOCHI Mitsuru General Affairs Group, Shiribeshi District Forest Office, Kita 2-jouhigashi 2, Kutchan town, Abuta county Hokkaido, 044-0002, Japan.
