⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Update and Maintenance of Infrastructure for Accounting System, 1 set
⑷ Services period : From a contract day to 30 September 2026
⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender manual
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
(a) Not come under Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for the National Institutes for Cultural Heritage
(b) Have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2022, 2023, 2024 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in offer of "Sales of Product" or "Services", for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, which is Single qualification for every ministry and agency.
(c) Meet the qualification requirements which may be specified by the Obligating Secretary-General
⑺ Time limit for submission of proposal documents : 5 : 00 PM, 12 May 2022
⑻ Date and time of tendering and bid opening : 10 : 00 AM, 9 June 2022
