⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Akira Taji, Railway Management Dept., Railway Headquarters, Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd.
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 7, 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be procured : Purchase and management of uniforms
⑷ Fulfillment period : From May 1, 2023 to May 31, 2028.
⑸ Location : As indicated in the tender manual
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in tenders are those who shall ;
① not have had a judgment of incompetency made against them.
② not have declared bankruptcy and are still unable to be reinstated.
③ not fall under any of the conditions listed in item 3⑶(ア~サ) of the Tender Instructions in the past three years.
④ not have their company financial condition been deemed remarkably unsound.
⑤ not belong to a crime syndicate or have relations with anyone who does.
⑥ have not had suppliers' qualification suspended, according to the company's supplier qualification regulations, between 4 : 00 PM March 30, 2022 and the period of the tender.
⑦ not be defaulting on national or local taxes.
⑧ comply with other details requirements in the tender documentation.
⑺ Time limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 PM March 30, 2022.
⑻ Time Limit for Tender and Opening Tender : 2 : 00 PM June 16, 2022
