⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

A not come under Article 10 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,

B not come under Article 11⑴ of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology,

C have qualification for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency during fiscal 2021/2022,

D prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,

E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by National Institutes for Quantum Science and Technology.
