⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KOYA Takashi, Director General of Fisheries Agency
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
① Fuel Oil A about 9,000㎘
② Diesel Gas Oil about 6,500㎘
⑷ Delivery period : The period which is specified by the Obligating Officer from 7 April, 2022 through 30 September, 2022
⑸ Delivery place : The place specified by the Obligating Officer
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of the qualification "sale of product" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑺ Time limit for tender :
① Supply April ; 1 : 30 P.M. 5 April 2022 (tenders submitted by mail 6 : 00 P.M. 4 April 2022)
② Supply May ; 1 : 30 P.M. 26 April 2022 (tenders submitted by mail 6 : 00 P.M. 25 April 2022)
③ Supply June ; 1 : 30 P.M. 26 May 2022 (tenders submitted by mail 6 : 00 P.M. 25 May 2022)
④ Supply July ; 1 : 30 P.M. 28 June 2022 (tenders submitted by mail 6 : 00 P.M. 27 June 2022)
⑤ Supply August ; 1 : 30 P.M. 26 July 2022 (tenders submitted by mail 6 : 00 P.M. 25 July 2022)
