⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
A Fuel oil JIS class 1 No.1 2,156 KL
B Fuel oil JIS class 1 No.1 2,030 KL
⑷ Delivery period :
A From 1 April, 2022 through 30 September, 2022
B From 1 October, 2022 through 31 March, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : The places specified by the Obligating Officer (Kagawa-ken 1 place, Ehime-ken 1 place, Kouchi-ken 1 place, Tokushima-ken 1 place)
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Kochi University Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Shikoku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Kochi University,
C prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Director-General.
