⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Itoyama Kiyotaka, General Manager of Chiba Operation Office, Kanto Regional Head Office, East Nippon Expressway Company Limited
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 78
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to required :
Conveyance and incineration of 5.6 tons of PCB industrial waste
Conveyance and disposal of 44.1 tons of industrial waste
⑷ Fulfillment period : 300 days from the next day of the contract day
⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the specifications
⑹ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M., June 27 2022
⑺ Time-limit for tenders : 4 : 00 P.M., August 24 2022
⑻ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
(a) Not come under Article 6 of the East Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures
(b) Qualifications in ① and ②
① Certification from the Minister of the Environment in accordance with under Article 15-4-4, paragraph ⑴, item (i) of the Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law.
② Certification about conveyance of Chiba city and the local government which is located of the plant by prefectural governor under Article 14-4, paragraph ⑴, Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law. (but, the existence of conveyance can confirm by documents of ①, it is unnecessary)
⑼ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
