⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Nagahiro Minato, President, Kyoto University
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 4
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Idecabtagene vicleucel (per patient) 20 Sets
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 August, 2022 through 31 March, 2024
⑸ Delivery place : Kyoto University Hospital
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Kyoto University,
B have the Grade A or Grade B qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kinki area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C meet content specified in the tender documentation,
D prove to have obtained the first-class license for selling drugs in accordance with the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act,
E prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by President,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Kyoto University.
