⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : HATTORI Yasunao, President, The National University Corporation Shimane University
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 78
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Collection and transportation of industrial waste at Faculty of Medicine and University Hospital, Shimane University 1 Set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 October, 2022 through 31 March, 2024
⑸ Fulfillment place : The National University Corporation Shimane University Faculty of Medicine
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for The National University Corporation Shimane University,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Chugoku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by The National University Corporation Shimane University,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service for the procured services,
D being a person who has a license for specially controlled industrial waste collection and transportation business and specially controlled industrial waste disposal business. A person who has received only one of the permits shall appoint a person who has the other permit,
E not come under Item 1, Article 2 of the Regulation concerning Anti-social forces for The National University Corporation Shimane University,
F meet the qualification requirements which President, The National University Corporation Shimane University may specify in accordance with Article 2 of the Regulation,
G not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, The National University Corporation Shimane University.
