⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Diagnostic Radiology Equipment System 1 Set

⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The SPECT System and The PET system for the head and breast.
a This system should be able to perform every common nuclear medicine examination.
b This system should include a high resolution PET device specifically designed for the head and breast.
c This system is d on the Integration Profile which is defined by IHE-J (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise Japan).
d This system can store and communicate images in widely used standard format. All the radiographic images should be able to be displayed in connection with our PACS.
B The Digital X-Ray Image/Storage Diagnostic Expansion System.
a This system should smoothly support and manage medical practice in Tohoku University Hospital through the current hospital information system and Enterprise of Picture Archiving and Communication System.
b This system should be equipped with several sets of high quality imaging monitor systems which should work in filmless environments.
c This system should be d on the DICOM standard 2014 and the Integration Profile which is defined by IHE-J (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise Japan).
d This system must be durable for consecutive utilization with a reliable and appropriate performance on the principle of high availability.
