⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A. The system should have a capability that staffs or patients by themselves can register blood and urine tests.
B. The system can sticks barcode labels on 22 or more kinds of tubes automatically d on test order.
C. The system shall consist of 10 or more connected blood collection table systems.
D. The preparation of blood collection tubes for the ward should be a system that can be stored in a plastic bag for each patient.
E. It has a numbered ticket issuing function and can issue blood sampling numbered tickets with serial numbers in the order of reception.
F. Patient waiting guidance can be provided by the outside waiting display guidance system consisting of three or more 42-inch or larger color LCD monitors.
G. Blood collection and urine collection reception machines (2 or more units), and by reading the patient ID card (consultation card) or barcode, it is possible automatically issue blood collection numbered tickets and urine cups with barcodes.
H. It has a sample information management system function and can collectively read the IC chips inside the label issued by the automatic blood collection tube preparation device.
I. It has a urine sample information management system function, and it is possible to read the barcode of the urine cup and confirm the arrival.
J. It is possible to issue blood collection tubes and urine cups at a staffed reception.
K. It is possible to record and extract data such as the number of patients to collect blood and the waiting time for blood collection.
