a The electron gun of the instrument is a cold cathode field emission type electron gun.
b The acceleration voltage can be tunable in the range of 80kV-200kV.
c The instrument must have aberration corrector in the electron illumination lens system.
d The instrument must have multiple silicon drift x-ray detectors (SDDs) for high-sensitive elemental mapping by energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDX).
e The instrument must have a post-column electron energy filter for electron energy-loss spectroscopy (EELS).
f The instrument must have functionality for customized automation of image collection and chemical analysis using ing language such as Python.
g The instrument must have stability that enables long-time analysis measurement.
h The instrument must have a specimen holder, which can hold multiple specimens, dedicated to EDX analysis.
i It is possible to perform nano-beam diffraction imaging (4D-STEM) by the instrument.
