⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

① not come under Article 8 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.

② not come under Article 9 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center.

③ have the Grade A, B, C or D in terms of The qualification for participating in tenders for sales of product of the Industrial Classification by Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center or have grade of competition participation qualification for every ministry and agency for the fiscal year, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

④ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products.

⑤ not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
