⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
① Electricity to use in Fukuoka National Highway Office Building
② Electricity to use in The Tunnel of Fukudai
③ Electricity to use in The Tunnel of Tachibana
④ Electricity to use in The Ijiri district drainage pump station
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 October 2022 through 31 March 2024
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A, B, C or D on "manufacturing of products" or "selling of products" in Kyusyu・Okinawa Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (single qualification for every ministry and agency)
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau from time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening
④ have registered as a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law
⑤ who should have receive the tender documentation
⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificate : 17 : 00 30 June, 2022
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 22 July, 2022
