The Manila International Airport Authority, Through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Invites interested parties to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder services contract:

NAIA TERMINAL 3 AND SUPPLY SUPPORT AGREEMENT

Approved Budget for : Operation and Maintenance - Php54,000,000.00

the Contract (ABC) Supply Support Agreement - Php34,000,000.00

Contract Duration : One (1) Year, renewable yearly for a maximum period of three (3) Years at the

option of the Authority

The prospective bidders must have a Single Largest Similar Completed Contract within the last five (5) years, whose contract pride is at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC proposed project for bidding. The deion of an eligible bidder is contained in the Terms of Reference and Section III. Bid Data Sheet of the Bidding Documents.

The Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fall" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act". The bidding is open to all interested parties, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA No. 9184.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below and during regular office hours.

It may also be downloaded from the website of the PhilGEPS and the website of the Procuring Entity provided that the Bidders shall pay the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on the date hereunder set out from the address given below in the amount of PHP: FIFTY THOUSAND and 00/100 (Php50,000.00), EVAT inclusive.

The Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder"s representative who choose to attend at the address stated above. Late bids shall note be accepted.

The MIAA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding address process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
