PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2021 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Five Hundred Twenty-One Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Four and 48/100 (Php521,174.48), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Annual License and Maintenance Renewal of Various ICT Related Projects of PNOC EC (Lots 1-3). (Refer to breakdown of lots below)

The project site is at PNOC EC Head Office, Bldg. 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) of each lot for complete details.

Proposals including conformed TOR may be delivered to the address below or send via fax at (02) 840-1619 or email to cgguevarra@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before April 27, 2021 not later than 5:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.

Bidders are also required to submit photocopy of the following documents within seven (7) calendar days after bid submission date.

 PhilGEPS Registration Number (Red membership)

 Current and Valid Mayor’s Permit

 Latest Income and Business Tax Returns

 Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (see attached form)

 Other documents as required by law or as stated in the Terms of Reference
