Valladolid is a 4th Class municipality compromising of sixteen (16) barangays Ten agricultural and six coastal area.

As an agricultural town, farmers are relentless in their effort to continuously improve their livelihood through biodiversity. Palay Farming is primary focus of farmers. One of the components of Organic farming is Vermi Composting.Vegetable "scraps" from the Poblacion Market are potential source for vermi composting. With the abundance of biodegradable, vermi composting is viable to be proposed for the consumption of Vegetable farmers .

The integral part of this project is the procurement of service vehicle to haul food "scraps" and/or vegetable left-overs from Poblacion Market to its containment area. Also, for the distribution of produced compost from containment area to organic vegetable farmers, and for other purposes related to the project.
