The aim of the project is to construct a new fire station in Clara, County Offaly.   Offaly County Council’s preference is for an employer-designed (traditional)  project whereby the contracting authority will engage the services of a Lead Design Consultant to deliver and manage all consultancy services required to take the project through the planning and detailed design stages which will then form the basis for the tender for construction.  The consultant will then tender and supervise the construction of the scheme.
