The Municipality of Baliwag, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid the here ender project:

Approve Budget

for the Contract : PHP 270,140.00

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary/ fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of the Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained/ purchase by interested bidders from the BAC Chairman upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00).

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronics Procurement System (PhilGEPS) provided that bidders shall pay the fee for the Bidding Documents.

The Municipality of Baliwag assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder’s bond, either in cash, manager’s check or surety bond in the amount equivalent to Two Percent (2.0%) of the total amount of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).

The right is reserved for the Municipality of Baliwag to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects therein, and to accept such bids as may be considered most advantageous to the government.
