1. All quotation submitted to the City Government of Paranaque are considered as offer.

In the event that the quotation is accepted, a Purchase Order shall be placed with the

Company offering the most advantageous terms to the City Government;

2. The sealed quotation and the offer of contract terms and conditions shall be signed by the prospective bidder’s duly authorized representative / signatory. Unsigned quotations and/or offer of contract terms and conditions, and offers submitted that are not in the prescribed sealed quotation form, shall be rejected outright;

3. Price quotations should be valid for sixty (60) days;

4. Delivery Period shall be seven (7) days upon issuance of the Purchase Order

5. Payment shall be in accordance with the usual budgeting, accounting and auditing requirements; and

6. The City Government of Parañaque reserves the right to reject any or all offers at any

time prior to the award of the project without incurring any liability to the affected

Proponent and to waive any minor defects therein, and to accept such offer it may

consider most economical and most advantageous to the Government.

Subject to the submission of the following requirements:

1. Copy of DTI or SEC Registration Certificate

2. Copy of current Mayor’s Permit

3. Copy of Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN)

4. PhilGEPS registration certificate; and

5. Authority of the representative / signatory signing the price quotation
