The Municipality of Conner,Province of Apayao is pleased to invite you to quote your lowest price on the
item listed below,stating the shortest term of delivery and submit your quotation duly signed by your authorize
representative not later than 7 days in the return envelop attached herewith.
CONDITIONS:
1 Quotation is INCLUSIVE OF TAX.
2 Delivery must not be more than 15 days upon receipt of award/purchase order.
3 Warranty shall be for a period of (1) year from date of acceptance by the procuring entity.
4 Price validity shall be for a period of 60 calendar days.
5 Registration with the MGU Registry of Supplies and Contractors shall be required prior to issuance of
Notice of Award/Purchase Order.
