The Greater Vancouver Sewerage & Drainage District, hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation", invites Proposals for the Solid Waste Weigh Scale Software Replacement

SCOPE The Corporation, through its Solid Waste group, presently manages five (5) solid waste transfer stations and one (1) waste-to-energy facility through the engagement of three (3) contracted service providers. All transfer stations and the waste-to-energy facility utilize the same third party weigh scale software, which has been deemed end of life. The Corporation seeks to procure a replacement weigh scale software platform. As specified in this Request for Proposal (the "RFP"), this procurement will include software licensing supply, configuration, data migration, implementation, training and ongoing support. This new software should be operational at all sites before May 1, 2021.
