The purpose of this Invitation to Tender is the maintenance of audiovisual and IT systems and equipment in Brussels and Strasbourg. These services consists out of:

• the provision of onsite personnel;

• the preventive, corrective and perfective maintenance of the audiovisual and IT systems;

• the engagement and follow-up of SLA agreements with third party manufacturers for systems installed and used by the EP;

• project assistance;

• repairs and replacements of defective parts;

• the top-up provisioning of consumables.
