The procurement concerns delivery of point-of-care hand-held glucose meters with /docking station and associated consumables for e.g. Strips/cuvettes, controls and calibrators etc. The delivery must also include a middleware system for monitoring and configuring individual meters, with electronic (on-line) transfer of test results to Oslo University Hospital's patient administrative system (DIPS) and LIMS, handling of quality control measurements and registration of users.

The procurement concerns delivery of the following lots:

— approx. 300 meters with docking station during the contract period plus approx. 250 000 tests per year plus at least two levels of controls three times per week;

— option for 120 glucose meters with 100 000 tests per year and at least two levels of controls 3 times per week to Vestfold Hospital;

— Middleware solution with connection of 300 glucose meters during the contract period;

— option for connection of 120 glucose meters at Vestfold Hospital.

Tenders shall be submitted for all of the lots.
