⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Miyaike Yoshihito, Chief Operating Officer of Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures
② The applicant must be able to prove that it has delivered Oracle Solaris 10 OS or later servers on or after April 1, 2016.
③ have not received suspension of designated contractor status after the acceptance of application form for this tender.
④ not have capital relationship and personnel relationship with other bidders.
