2. Provision of separate temporary welfare Facilities for Fire Fighters

4. Alterations to internal layout, including installation of Structural Steel, Demolition and construction of Block walls & supporting Columns. 

5. Erection of l Stud Wall Partitions 

6. Erection of Suspended Ceilings 

7. Electrical Rewiring and Upgrade 

8. Upgrade of central heating system distribution system 

9. Installation of Fire Detection & Alarm System 

10. Provision of Showers and Toilet facilities

 11. Replace internal Doors 

12. Tiling, New Floor Covering, Internal Painting 

13. External Paining of Training Tower and Boundary Walls
