Notice is hereby given that the Bureau of Internal Revenue, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), shall conduct a Negotiated Procurement – Two Failed Biddings in accordance to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184 and as per approved BAC Resolution No. 2021-06 dated February 11, 2021 for the:

Name of Project : Subion of DLL Internet Access Service – Lot 2

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : Five Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (P 575,000.00) Only

Contract Duration : July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021

(Note: No Payment shall be made for the period July 1 to 31, 2021 – intended for the one (1) month delivery, installation, configuration and operationability)

Deion : The increasing number of eServices and Webmail Solution has consumed a substantial amount of workload over the BIR’s internet leased lines. Thus, high speed internet access has become a vital and integral part of the Bureau. In addition, with the increasing use of Video Conferencing System and VPN connection to other government agencies, contractors and third-party developers/support for systems applications patches, and upgrades, there is a need to upgrade the current bandwidth from 120Mbps to 225Mbps.

Interested parties may purchase a complete set of documents and/or obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat, thru the Chief, Procurement Division at Rm. 1106, 11th Floor, BIR-NOB, Diliman, Quezon City from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM starting April 19, 2021, upon cash payment of an applicable fee of One Thousand Pesos (P 1,000.00) Only.

Deadline for the submission, receipt and opening of bids shall be on May 3, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. at the 11/F Training Room, BIR-NOB, Diliman, Quezon City/ Thru Zoom Cloud Meeting ( to be emailed).
