Bidding documents shall be available to eligible bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of P 25,000.00 for Project at the BAC Secretariat, CBO-BAC Function Room, City Hall Compound, Calbayog City from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. At the specified date on the schedule of activities.

For purpose of clarifying issues, interested contractors are encouraged to attend the PRE-BID CONFERENCE as scheduled.

All bid must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of; (A) Cash or Cashier’s/Manager’s Check issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank equivalent to Two Percent (2%) of the Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC); (B) Bank Draft/Guarantee or Irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank; Provided, however, that it shall be confirmed or authenticated by a Universal or Commercial Bank, if issued by a foreign bank, equivalent to Two Percent (2%) of the ABC; (C) Surety Bond callable upon demand issued by a surety or insurance company duly certified by the Issuance Commission as authorized to issue such security, equivalent to Five Percent (5%) of the Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) & (D) Bid Securing Declaration provided in Section 27.5 of this IRR.

The CITY GOVERNMENT OF CALBAYOG reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
