Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) PhP19,900,000.00, VAT inclusive

Completion Period Within seventy-six (76) calendar days from receipt of the executed Purchase Order

Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Rep. Act No. 9184 (2016 Revised IRR) and GPPB Resolution No. 09-2020, we invite legally, technically and financially capable suppliers to negotiate with the BSP on subject requirement. Please submit your eligibility and technical documents (as per attached Checklist of Requirements for Bidders) in sealed envelopes marked “BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE “One (1) Lot Supply, Delivery, Installation, Initial Configuration, and Testing of Professional Media/Video Broadcasting Studio including Training and On-Site Technical Support, as per BSP Technical Specifications and Terms of Reference” time stamped not later than 1:00 P.M. on 04 May 2021. A Negotiated Virtual Meeting shall be conducted on 30 April 2021, 1:00 P.M., thru video conference via Zoom Meetings. (Note: Bidders must submit the name/s of not more than two representative/s at least one day before the negotiated meeting to this e-mail: bacsec-spc@bsp.gov.ph)

Thereafter, the schedule of a virtual opening of bids shall be thru video conference via Zoom Meetings on 04 May 2021, 1:00 P.M. Please submit one (1) set of the financial proposal (as per attached Checklist) indicating your “best and final offer” in sealed envelope marked “BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE ONE (1) LOT SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, INITIAL CONFIGURATION, AND TESTING OF PROFESSIONAL MEDIA/VIDEO BROADCASTING STUDIO INCLUDING TRAINING AND ON-SITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT, AS PER BSP TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND TERMS OF REFERENCE”. The BSP assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify any bidder for expenses incurred in the preparation of bid.

The BSP reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of Rep. Act No. 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to affected bidder or bidders.
