(9) Baguio City Limit-Sto Tomas Rd K0255+000 - K0263+163. “ of Interest and Eligibility Documents Submission Forms (EIEDSFs)” of interested consultants must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Procuring Entity on or before May 3, 2021 at the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, 2nd Floor Department of Public Works and Highways – Cordillera Administrative Region - Regional Office, Engineer’s Hill, Baguio City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated d on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.

The BAC shall draw up the short list of consultants from those who have submitted EIEDSFs and have been determined as eligible in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act,” and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
