We now issue this Request for Proposals (RFP) for you to provide the Consultancy Services for the conduct of Feasibility Study. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) included in the Bidding Documents for the Contract.

You may purchase the Bidding Documents for this Contract for a fee of ₽25,000.00 at the Procurement Unit, DPWH Region IV-A, EDSA, Quezon City starting on April 23, 2020. You may also download the Bidding Documents from the websites of the DPWH at www.dpwh.gov.ph and the PhilGEPs at www.philgeps.gov.ph, and shall pay the fee for these Documents upon submission of your bid.

We shall select the Consultant from the short list in accordance with the Quality d Evaluation (QBE) procedure as described in the Bidding Documents.

Please be informed that the Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 30, 2021@ 9:00 a.m. via zoom while the submission of technical and financial proposals will be on May 13, 2021, until 9:00 A.M., at the Conference Room A, DPWH Region IV-A, EDSA, Quezon Citywhich shall beopen to all short listed consultants.
