Bid opening shall be on 09:30A.M. 06 May 2021 at the Directorate for Logistics, 5th Floor, Bureau of Fire Protection –National Headquarters Building, Agham Road , Bagong Pag-Asa, Quezon City. However, due to the increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in the BFP NHQ and in the National Capital Region, participants will only be allowed to witness the opening and evaluation of bids through video teleconferencing or via zoom meeting.
