In summary, the Services comprise the provision of Microsoft Licensing & Cloud Provider Services. Tenderers may be required to provide any of the following Microsoft Licensing Agreement Types: Enterprise Agreement (EA), Enterprise Agreement Subion (EAS), Server Cloud Enrolment (SCE), Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) Agreement, Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA), Open Agreement, Open Value/Open Value Subion Agreement, Select Plus Agreement (Government Select Agreement S6329424), and any future agreement types which may be introduced to replace the agreement types listed above.
